The Bloom House

Hi everyone! I am back with a fun little project I created for ClearSnap!

I placed the House/Pocket Stitchlit Diecut on top of the Watercolor Paper and placed in between cutting plates and run through a Diecut Machine. I cut out two House/Pocket diecuts. I placed watercolor paper on top of the smaller "wall" of the Box, Make It 3D Diecut (retired) and placed in between cutting plates and run through diecut machine. I cut out two walls diecuts. I inked the Jumbo Crackle Background Rollagraph (I couldn't find a link for the Rollagragh but found this CrackleBackground Molding Mat...same design) with Top Boss Clear Embossing Stamp Pad (Jumbo Handle doesn't need ink cartridge) and roll over both house diecuts and "wall" diecuts. I applied White Embossing Powder, shook off excess and set with a Heat Tool.

I inked an Art Dauber with Dandelion Premium Dye Ink and applied ink to both houses and wall diecuts. Next I loaded an art dauber with Palomino Dyestress Blendable Dye Ink and randomly apply to both the houses and walls diecuts. I adhered walls to the inside edges of house diecuts.

I cut a piece of watercolor paper 1 1/2"x7" and fold in half and inked a glass tray with Palomino and Cattail Dyestress Blendable Dye Inks, add water to both inks and painted both sides of the 1 1/2"x7" watercolor paper.

I inked the edges of roof with Platinum Pigment Ink and glued to the top of the house.

I placed the Textured White Cardstock on top of the Beaded Oval Diecut. Then placed between cutting pads and run through diecut machine. I loaded an Art Dauber with Mini Watermelon Classic Pigment Ink and inked edges of diecut. Next I inked an art dauber with Palomino Dyestress Blendable Dye Ink and lightly ink over whole diecut and adhered to the front of the house diecut.

I inked a scalloped circle and circle punches with Mini Watermelon Classic Pigment Ink and added to the center of the diecut on front of house. I adhered a flower punch to the center of punches, adhered a sequin and gem to the center of flower. I printed from computer the word "BLOOM", cut out and ink edges with Mini Watermelon Classic Pigment Ink and added to house. I tied a bow from pink thread and adhere underneath flower diecut on the front of house.

Next I cut a 3"x5 3/4" piece of watercolor paper and rounded the corners of paper with a Corner Rounder. I loaded an art daubers with Shamrock, Citronella and Palomino Dyestress Blendable Dye Inks and randomly inked over the watercolor paper.

I loaded a paint brush with water and "paint over"  the inked paper and once dry adhered to the "tabs" on the bottom of house.

I placed textured white cardstock on top of Flowers Journaling Card Diecut and placed between two cutting plates and run through diecut machine. Next I cut a leaf from crinoline fabric using the same steps as used to cut out the flowers diecut.

I inked an art dauber with Mini Watermelon Classic Pigment Ink and inked the edges of two of the flower diecuts. Next I inked both the larger and smaller flower diecuts with Dandelion Premium Dye Ink. Next I inked the  crinoline fabric leaf diecut with Shamrock Dyestress Blendable Dye Ink.

I shaped and adhered the flowers together and add leaf to the back of flower. I looped thread several times and create a messy bow and adhere to the corner of the house along with the flower and leaf and added a Glossy Dot to the center of flower before adhering to the house.

I added a pre-made flower to the backside of the handmade flowers. I also shaped stem with a small wooden dowel.

Mini Spring Junk Journal

Hi everyone and happy first day of Spring! I want to share a mini Spring junk journal that I created with all my leftover from my past projects that I created for ColorBox. No need to throw the extras away just add them to another project and that is what I done. 😀
Before I get started in telling how and what I used on each page...four page total...I cut and bound each page with I laid each page on top of the Movers and Shapers Book Binding Diecut with Base Tray (retired) and ran through the Diecut Machine

The cover/page one is cut from Matboard using the Books and Pages, Trinket Box and Frame Diecut and embossed with the Waffle Embossing Folder (retired). I inked the glass tray with Tutu Blends Ink, add water to ink, load paint brush and painted the front of the frame/cover and let dry. I lightly inked over and around the edges of the cover with Blush Metallic Pigment Ink.
I inked two Art Daubers, one with Canary and one with Apricot Inks from the Enchantment Petal Point Inks and ink two matboard flowers with one of each inks. I let both flowers dry. I placed the leaf sprig stamp from the Thankful Clear Stamp Set onto the MISTI Stamping Tool and inked with Mint Ink from the Enchantment Petal Point Inks and stamp onto a piece of Textured White Cardstock. I fussy cut the stamped image out. Next I placed a brad in the center of both flowers and add leaf sprigs to back of flower before adhering to the cover.

The inside cover I inked an Art Dauber with Rose Premium Dye Ink, inked a butterfly punch and once dry I adhered to the inside cover. I also added a gem to butterfly.
The front of page two I inked the Crackle Background Rollagraph (I couldn't find a link for the rollagraph but found a link for the moulding mat which is the same design just not on a roller) with Top Boss Embossing Stamp Pad and went over the Watercolor Paper page.I applied White Embossing Powder and set with Heat Tool. Once the embossed area was cool to the touch I loaded three Art Daubers with the following inks: Dandelion Premium Dye, Glacier Lake Archival and Rosebud Classic Pigment Inks and randomly inked over the whole page.
I placed the flower stamps from the Thankful Clear Stamps onto the MISTI Stamping Tool and inked two of the flowers with Peony and one flower with Pink Inks from the Enchantment Petal Point Inks and stamped onto a piece of textured white cardstock and fussy cut both out. I punched a leaf sprig from textured white cardstock  and inked the leaves with Mint Ink from the Enchantment Petal Point Inks. I then adhered a leaf and peony colored flower to the bottom corner of page two.

The back side of page two I inked the Butterfly Words Stamp with Glacier Lake Archival Ink and stamp onto a piece of texture white cardstock, fussy cut the stamped image out and adhered to backside of page two. I added a bit of trim and a button to butterfly.
The front of page three I adhered a circle and strip of patterned cardstock to coffee sleeve. I lightly watercolored a flower diecut with Tutu Blends Ink and while still damp, shaped with my hand and let dry. I added a brad to center of flower and two leaves before adhering to page.

The back side of page three I placed textured white cardstock on top of the Long Classic Scalloped Rectangles Diecut and inked an Art Dauber with Sky Blue Ink from Enchantment Petal Point Inks and ink edges of diecut and I adhered to the back of page three. I added a button to the top of the diecut.

For the pull out tag I inked the Tulip Watering Can Stamp with Wicked Black Archival Dye Ink and stamp onto a piece of watercolor paper. I inked the glass tray with Shamrock, Citronella and Heather Dyestress Blendable Dye Inks and added water to each ink and paint the tulips and leaves on the watering can. Next I fussy cut the watering can image out and adhered to tag and add clear glitter glue to image. Once dry I placed the tag inside coffee sleeve.

On page four I used a left over piece of the Tiny Dots Creative Card and adhered leftover stamped flowers, leaves and flower punches to corner of page. I added a gem to the center of one flower.

I added four Discs to each of the pages.

Dragonfly Photo Box

Hi everyone! I am back today with a Photo Box I created using Eileen Hull's Stamp and Photo Storage Diecut and embossing powders by ColorBox. I started by cutting two Stamp and Photo Storage Diecut from Matboard using a Diecut Machine

I cut one of the flaps off of each diecut and placed one of the diecuts in the Floral Frame Embossing Folder and run through the diecut machine. I put the box together according to directions on the Stamp and Photo Storage Diecut packaging.

I used a hot glue gun to adhere the two diecuts together to create a box and I cut to fit three pieces of cardstock and adhere to the sides of the box.

I adhered lace and flat back pearls to the bottom of the box.

Next I cut two flowers from the Stitchy Flowers and Leaf Diecuts and punch leaves from the mini leaf punch and shape and adhere to the bottom of the box and add a flat back pearl to the center of the flower.

I used two dragonfly diecuts from my own personal stash and ink completely with Aquamarine Chalk Ink

After the ink dried I inked both with Top Box Clear Embossing Ink and added Copper Embossing Powder randomly on both dragonfly diecuts.

I set the embossing powder with a Heat Tool and applied more Top Box Clear Embossing Ink and complete the same steps with the Gold Sparkle and Opalescent Clear Embossing Powders until desired effect is achieved.

I added adhesive to the center of one of the dragonfly diecuts and glue on top of the other dragonfly diecut.

I bent the wings up on the dragonfly, adhere to the top of the photo box and add a flatback pearl to finish off the box.

This would be a perfect gift to hold wedding photos, graduate or personal photos in. Also below is links to most of the tools and supplies I used if you want to recreate this project for yourself. As always if you have any questions about this project please let me know.

ClearSnap: Peace, Joy and Love Tag

Hi everyone! I hope you had a great New Year's Day! I'm back with a tag I had originally created for Christmas but I figured it could pass as a wintery tag too.

I started by inking a glass tray with Fruit Punch Dyestress Blendable Dye Ink, adding water to ink and placing the tag into the ink mixture. Once the Tag is completely covered with ink I removed and let dry. I inked the Swirls Molding Mat with Peony Ink from the Enchantment Petal Point Ink Pad and randomly stamped the tag with the Swirls Molding Mat. I cleaned the molding mat and inked with the Mint Ink from the Enchantment Petal Point Ink Pad and randomly stamp the tag.

I placed the Snowflake Stamp from the Cookies Clear Stamps onto the Acrylic Block and ink with Clear Top Boss Embossing Stamp and stamp the snowflake several times onto the tag. Add Opalescent Embossing Powder and set with a heat tool. I stamped more Snowflakes with Clear Top Embossing Pad and add White Embossing Powder and set with a Heat Tool.

I placed the words "Peace", "Joy" and "Love" from the Cookie Clear Stamp Set onto an acrylic block and inked with Mint Ink from the Enchantment Petal Point Ink Pad. Next I stamped onto a piece of White Cardstock, cut out and edges each word with Mint Ink.
I placed the amp stamp onto the acrylic block, inked with Wicked Black Archival Dye Ink, stamped onto a piece of cardstock and fussy cut the amp stamped image out.

I adhered the "Peace", "Joy", "Love" and amp images onto the tag and added sequins to the centers of each of the white embossed snowflakes. As always if you have questions please let me know.

I cut three 8 inch pieces of white and aqua lace and aqua cording and tied off all pieces at the top of the tag with white twine I glued a button to the lace and cording.

Thanks for stopping by, hope your Monday is awesome and enjoy creating!

Snowflake Gift Card Holder

Hi everyone! I'm back today a quick gift card holder project for Christmas! If you are into all things glitter but don't like the mess. I am going to show you how to use embossing powder over a piece of cardstock to give it that sparkly effect.

I started by punching a snowflake from mint green cardstock. I covered the snowflake completely with Clear Top Boss Embossing Stamp Pad and applied Opalescent  Embossing Powder to the snowflake and set with the Heat Tool.

I inked a snowflake stamp from the Home for Christmas Clear Stamps with Wicked Black Ink and stamp onto a piece of White Cardstock. I punched the snowflake out with a Circle Punch and applied adhesive to the center of the stamped snowflake and sprinkled Winter Frost Glitter onto the image and gently shook off the excess.

I cut from patterned cardstock the following cardstock strips: 1 7/8"x2 1/2", 1/2"x2 1/2" and 1/8"x2 1/2"  and adhered all cardstock strips to the front of the Mini Bag.

I adhered the snowflake circle to the center of the larger snowflake, added sequins, a flat back pearl to the center of the snowflake and glued the larger snowflake to the bag. I folded the flap over and add a mini clothes pin to the top of the bag. This will keep the gift card safely in place until  it is ready to be given as a gift. As always if you have any questions about this project please let me know.

Thanks for stopping by, hope your Monday is wonderful and enjoy creating!
