Reindeer and Holly Card

Hi everyone! I am back yet again with another Christmas card using the same 6"x6" Lost and Found Christmas Pad from My Mind's Eye which I folded the patterned cardstock to create a 3"x6" card base.

I cut a scalloped oval diecut from Spellbinders and the Gold Glitter Cardstock Reindeer I only cut the head out.

I adhered a bit of gold trim and punched two small holly leaves out, shaped and added a tiny red gem to the reindeer's nose and holly leaves.
As always if you have any questions please let me know.

Thanks for stopping by, hope your Saturday is wonderful and enjoy creating!

Snowflake Noel Card

Hi everyone! I am back with another quick Christmas card. Like the last card I shared this past Monday I used the 6"x6" Lost and Found Christmas Pad from My Mind's Eye. I folded a piece of cardstock from the pad to create a 3"x6" base for my card.

I cut a diecut from the Scalloped Rectangle from Spellbinders, painted a wooden snowflake and once dry adhered all to the front of the card.

I finished off the card with sequins and tiny flat back pearls. Very quick and easy! If you have any questions about this card please let me know.

Canvas Corp: DIY Water Basin Stand

Hi everyone! I have a water basin stand that had seen better days. It had a cracker in the wood where the bowl and pitcher would be placed so after using a little wood filler and replacing the towel holders with new dowels and taping off around the mirror I was ready to paint. For more info and photos hop on over to Canvas Corps blog!

Eileen Hull: Party Flower Gift Bags

Hi everyone! I'm here to share my Inspiration Team project this month for Eileen Hull and this month's theme is party planning. I have had this set of gift bags I had bought at Target in the Dollar spot laying around and thought wouldn't it be nice to dress them up with some flowers???

So I cut a set of Romance Flowers Diecuts from white cardstock and painted all with watercolors and let dry.

I shaped slightly with a stylus and adhered a button and dew drop to the center and cut three Spring Leaves Diecuts (one for the other gift bag). I shaped both leaves and glued one to the back of the flowers along with twine and gold metallic thread. Once all that was dry I adhered the flower to the corner of the gift bag.

I cut three sets of Heart and Soul Flower Diecuts out, shaped, glued together and add a button to the center.

Next I added two Spring Leaves Diecuts and gold metallic thread to the back of the flower.

Now these little gift bags are all dressed up and ready for gift giving!

Happy Holidays Reindeer Card

Hi everyone! I am here to share a really quick Christmas card (yep I've been making Christmas cards ;-) ) I created using cardstock from the Lost and Found Christmas 6"x6" Pad from My Mind's Eye. I folded the 6"x6" piece of cardstock in half to create a 3"x6" card base. I cut two stripes of plain cardstock and patterned cardstock and adhered to the center of the card base.

I cut a Beaded Circles (Spellbinders) and a small Scalloped circle (discontinued Stampin' Up! Sizzix Diecut) which I embossed with Powdered Sugar Embossing Folder.

I used the Reindeer Diecut and cut part of the head from Gold Glitter Chipboard and glued in the center of the scalloped circle. I added a small red gem for the nose and then fussy cut a "Happy Holidays" sentiment from the Lost and Found Christmas Collection. This was a very easy and quick card to put together in no time at all.
In the next week I will be sharing more Christmas cards as time permits and if you have any questions about this card please let me know. :-)

Thanks for stopping by, hope your Monday is wonderful and enjoy creating!

Beacon Adhesives: Hello Beautiful Flip Book

Hi everyone! It's me, Tonya and I am back with another project for the Beacon Adhesive Pop Up!

This time I created a flip book from a variety of products from DCWV and DecoArt. I used the file diecut from the 7gypsies: Gypsy Files Stamp and Diecut Collection (discontinued) and cut four file diecuts from Paint & Create Card Set and the Cut A Part sheet from the Classy Copper Collection.

I dug out several of my punches and using cardstock from the Mixed Media 6"x6" Pad from DCWV.

I embellished with leftover scraps from the card and Classy Copper Collection.

The card I cut and created files out of I dipped an empty toilet paper roll into Deco Art Teal Mint paint and randomly stamped circles on the front and back of each file.

Once the paint was dry on the two files I used the little set of water colors and splattered paint on the front and back and let dry.

I punched a small hole in the top of each tab and ran twine though and tied off with a bow.

The little girl images are from the Land of Nob blog which is no longer available. I printed out each and fussy cut out.

I used scraps of lace and trim that I had stashed away along with thread and of course I used my trusty bottle of Zip Dry Adhesive. :-)

This is the first attempt at trying to make a flip book and I hope you enjoyed it. If you have any questions about this project please let me know.

Thanks for stopping by, hope your day is wonderful and enjoy creating!

Beacon Adhesives: Stay Classy Beautiful Card

Hi everyone! It's me Tonya and I am super to excited to be part of the Pop Up with Beacon Adhesive. DCWV, DecoArt and Favor Crafts!

I started with the Classy Copper Premium Pad from DCWV for this card that I created. I cut and folded a piece of patterned cardstock to a 6"x6" base for the card. I then cut a different  6"x5" piece of patterned cardstock, distressed the edges, inked and adhered to the base of the card. The pink verbiage cardstock I punched with a decorative punch and added to the base.

The woman image I found on The Land of Nod blog which is no longer there or I would include the link to the blog. I printed the image, fussy cut out but before adhering the image to the base. I cut a scalloped diecut from Beaded Circles from Spellbinders which I glued to the back of a doily and then added off center of the card.

I cut a banner from the copper embossed cardstock (so in love with the copper) and one of the cut a parts and I cut from the pink verbiage cardstock beautiful and used my favorite go to Zip Dry adhesive to glue everything together.

The lace, trim and button I used 3 in 1 adhesive since it is a quick drying glue. No holding everything in place while I waited for it to dry.

I finished off the card with sequins and a dew drop and now it is ready to give to one of my sweet and beautiful friends. If you have any questions about this card please let me know.

Thanks for stopping by, hope your day is awesome and enjoy creating!
